We first highlighted Javier on the scene in or about 2010 and we believe 2013 is the year when he makes massive strides to show what a mega-unique producer he is.

He is one of my names to watch in 2013 and if you’re familiar with his work already, you will understand this already, if you are not familiar with his work, by Feb 2013, you will be.

The 21/12/12 is believed to be the end of the world but actually adapting the calendar of the ancient and extinct Mayan civilization of our time leaves out the possibility both in time and in circumstances of destruction, however if that culture phenomena predicted happen as natural floods, severe storms, earthquakes, increased solar activity and galactic alignment but mostly …

they believed …. these things would have to generate a change in behavior and thinking in humans of this time to generate awareness of their environment and the stars.

This little piece of digital audio is a modern tribute we pay to the ancient Mayan gods for their wisdom and knowledge that we left printed in their palaces, in their writings and in their graves.

DJ Rogelio has been producing since the age of 14 years, he is now 18. He started producing tribal/prehispanic beats as he is familair with and has a deep interest in the Mayan Aztec culture. He has attended many events about the Mayan Aztec culture and it is from these events that he heard these ancient sounds being played by a small select group of Mexican dj’s who inspired him to create such beats.

Javier Estrada’s “Prehispanico” Volume 2 will be coming soon as an official release on Generation Bass and in the meantime here’s a couple of awesome freebies, which demonstrate why he is one of the hottest, most prodigious young talents to come out of Mexico in recent times in the dance scene!

He also had a bit of a health scare a few weeks back, which landed him in hospital but he is doing ok now. Generation Bass wishes you the best of good health Javier and look after yourself man. Look what a few weeks in the USA did to you man! Don’t go there again, come to Europe, it’s much healthier :-)
