Say hello to Cholita from Chile!

Came across Cholita when she asked me for a re-up/alt dl link for my Popstep Dubstep Symphony mixtape vol 2 on SC and she signed off with Cholita from Chile and I liked that!

So intrigued, I checked her out and this is what I found, good stuff man.

Maybe, she didn’t really want a re-up of my mix and just wanted me to notice her music, well it worked…lol….

He’s just come fresh off SXSW, had 5 showcases, and his songs were featured in Toy Selectah’s, Mad Decent Carnival set.  He also owns/operates a DJ TURNTABLE ACADEMY in Corpus Christi, Texas with his partners PRODUCE® (a streetwear boutique/studio/gallery in downtown Corpus Christi).

I love Tina Turner but I love what she did in the 60′s and 70′s, ironically  during her abused years.  I didn’t like Tina Turner of the 80′s, a bit too slick, lightweight and average for me but it was a huge success and she became a role model for women the world over.

Now if you just happen to be dj’ing at your Aunt or Grandma’s party and you wanna impress them and show them that you’re not out of touch with what happens in the commercial music scene, then you could always drop this one!

Hey man, I hope all is well. I want it to share with you a link to the new remix EP (includes 2 new remixes and great cover by afrodita) to be out soon. The Space Cumbia full length Album is being re-issued on iTunes under avatar records and would be out April 6th.

I am going to be in Miami this next weekend for the Winter Music Conference handing out some promo copies of the remixes and hopefully networking. If you have time and space this week to mention this it would really be appreciated. Gracias hermano.
