CUUUUUMBIAAAAAA!!!!!
MEXICAN INSTITUTE OF SOUND
This is a GORGEOUS remix by a band I’ve been into for some time now, M.I.S.
It’s a remix M.I.S. did for a Chilean artist called Anita Tijoux!
Couldn’t believe it when I saw this going as a freebie, grab it!
“Despabilate” Anita Tijoux remixed by The Mexican Institute of Sound by MexicanInstituteofSound
UN MONO AZUL
I was very impressed with this guys remix on the Fauna album that came out last year, my favourite remix on that album and perhaps one of my all-time faves too.
Here’s a great REMIX he did for BOMBA ESTEREO a little while back and he now feels that to stay true to his animal anarchy ideas, it’s time to give it away for free.
FUEGO (UN MONO AZUL REMIX) BOMBA ESTEREO
Mono says that the remix has some holophonic sounds, and if you listen to it with headphones on, you can hear the matche’s box moving in a 3d stereo!
MUMBAI MAFIA
These guys have been on here 3 times now this week!!!
This is an ok track, a bit repetitive but i just really liked the title of the track and so I thought let’s throw it in!!!
Lahore Hoes – Cumbia del Clitoris by MumBai Mafia
BLEEPOLAR
BLEEPOLAR really comes up trumps with this track, I love it.
My brother, SDP already did Cumbiafy Faithless last year and so it’s not new, how could it be, cause SDP got there before most in the recent New Nu Cumbai Wave.
However, this is a killa track, just wish mastering had a little bit more kick!
Faithless – God Is A Dj (Bleepolar Remix) by Bleepolar
HUGO CHAVEZ & HIS PARROT
My homie, Gianko sent me this the other night and man it’s hilarious!
PAPIPEREZ
“ONE”…that’s all you need…that “One” track that could send you to early retirement and forget becoming a self-parody who nobody respects anymore.
That is what became of Coolio but the boy/old man is laughing, he’s made his fortune and so he can enjoy becoming a self-parody cause he’s rolling in it and you ain’t…..lol
Never liked the original track first time around, always thought it was abit naff…Gangsters Paradise……just don’t buy it man..a little cheesy…
Never saw the film cause it looked shit and a bit formulaic, although I do like Michelle P.
Still don’t like the track, although I can’t fault it for its important social message!
Some things you just don’t like…like Florence & The Machine..& La Roux..which others absolutley love.
So it’s a question of taste and sometimes you can’t taste it on certain things even though the rest of the living world can!
Most of you are gonna love this, very few will dislike it!
And Papiperez does a grand job for the lovers of this track!
I covered these guys here a few months back and I just love them.
Here’s a new number from them which is de de de delicioussssss!!!
